1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kompa, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

2. Use License

Kompa Free and Kompa Pro grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kompa software and associated documentation. This license is for personal or commercial use.

Components that are copied directly with Kompa (including without limitation, dragged and dropped from the Kompa interface) are limited to a single-use licence. This gives you, the purchaser, the ability to use the library on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis. You may NOT distribute any components to others or create a similar / competing product.

You are allowed to:

• Use our component library to create end products for your own personal or commercial projects.

• Modify our components to fit your specific needs and combine with other works to create a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

• This is a ‘multi-use’ license, meaning you are free to use the components multiple times, in multiple projects.

• Create and sell Framer templates using Kompa.

You are not allowed to:

• Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.

• Copy and paste components directly from Kompa into a folder without any modifications. This applies to both public and private folders. Each component has a unique encoded signature, which we use to pragmatically discover if this has been violated.

• You are not allowed to offer the components downloaded to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include editable source files.

• Reverse engineer our components, content, or software to re-distribute components or create a similar / competing product.

• Under no circumstances can you re-distribute items, no matter how modified they are. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

3. Intellectual Property 

All content, design elements, and software provided by Kompa are the intellectual property of Kompa Design Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. 

4. Limitation of Liability 

Kompa Design Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the products, even if Kompa Design Pty Ltd has been notified of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Kompa Design Pty Ltd's total liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

5. Updates and Changes 

Kompa Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices, as well as update, modify, or discontinue the product, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of the product signifies your acceptance of such changes.

6. Termination

If we suspect you are not complying with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we reserve the right to block your account and restrict access to the products without providing a refund or explanation of the circumstances. Violations of these terms will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
